Today at One Week | One Tool we’ve been laboring on our first big task: figuring out what tool we’re actually going to build.
We had our big brainstorming session this afternoon, and are now opening up the floor for feedback. We’ve set up a site where you can vote on the potential tools we’ve come up with, as well as to comment on our ideas. Voting closes at 10 a.m. eastern time tomorrow, Tuesday 30 July 2013, when we’ll begin to narrow the field.
Tomorrow: the real work begins.
Well, I tried this multiple times. I was voting for an underdog, but not bottom of the heap – the app for oral history. But, despite repeated attempts, the program declared my email address and password invalid. So I give up. That has been my address and password for many years, and even in semidarkness I can’t have misstyped more than four times.
Hi John,
I think you have to sign in using a google address or other from a number of common logins. This is something we weren’t happy with with this particular survey program, but we just didn’t have the time to get things perfect.
I’ll share your feedback with the group this morning. Sorry about the trouble.
Thanks for relaying the feedback. Are you going to let us know which tool took top honors?
I presume the mysterious Zotero wins the field ~ as always, (signed) Z!
